【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesergonomicrecommendationsfordifferentworktasks.Thisstandardprovidesinformationtothoseinvolvedindesign,orredesign,ofwork,jobsandproductswhoarefamiliarwiththebasiccon-ceptsofergonomicsingeneral,andworkingposturesinparticular.Itspecifiesrecommendedlimitsforstaticworkingpostureswithoutanyoronlywithminimalexternalforceexertion,whiletakingintoaccountbodyanglesandtimeaspects.Itisdesignedtoprovideguidanceontheassessmentofseveraltaskvariables,allowingthehealthrisksforthework-ingpopulationtobeevaluated.Itappliestotheadultworkingpopulation.Therecommendationswillgivereasonableprotectionfornearlyallhealthyadults.Therecommendationsconcerninghealthrisksandprotectionaremainlybasedonexperimentalstudiesre-gardingthemusculoskeletalload,discomfort/pain,andendurance/fatiguerelatedtostaticworkingpostures.
