【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthelowesttemperatureatwhichrubbermaterialsdonotexhibitbrittlefailureorthetemperatureatwhichhalfofthetestpiecesusedinatestfailwhenimpactedunderspecifiedconditions.Thetemperaturesthusdetermineddonotnecessarilyrelatetothelowesttemperatureatwhichthematerialcanbeusedsincethebrittlenesswillbeaffectedbytheconditionsoftestandespeciallybytherateofimpact.Dataobtainedbythismethodshould,therefore,beusedtopredictthebehaviourofrubbersatlowtemperaturesonlyinapplicationsinwhichtheconditionsofdeformationaresimilartothosespecifiedinthetest.Threeproceduresaredescribed:—procedureA,inwhichthebrittlenesstemperatureisdetermined;—procedureB,inwhichthebrittlenesstemperaturefor50%failureisdetermined;—procedureC,inwhichthetestpieceisimpactedataspecifiedtemperature.ProcedureCisusedintheclassificationofrubbermaterialsandforspecificationpurposes.NOTEAsimilartestforrubber-coatedfabricsisdescribedinISO4646,Rubber-orplastics-coatedfabrics—Low-temperatureimpacttest.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO15500specifiestestsandrequirementsforthepressurereliefdevice(PRD),acompressednaturalgasfuelsystemcomponentintendedforuseonthetypesofmotorvehiclesdefinedinISO3833.ThispartofISO15500isapplicabletovehiclesusingnaturalgasinaccordancewithISO15403(mono-fuel,bi-fuelordual-fuelapplications).Itisnotapplicabletothefollowing:a)liquefiednaturalgas(LNG)fuelsystemcomponentslocatedupstreamof,andincluding,thevaporizer;b)fuelcontainers;c)stationarygasengines;d)containermountinghardware;e)electronicfuelmanagement;f)refuellingreceptacles.NOTE1ItisrecognizedthatmiscellaneouscomponentsnotspecificallycoveredhereincanbeexaminedtomeetthecriteriaofthispartofISO15500andtestedaccordingtotheappropriatefunctionaltests.NOTE2AllreferencestopressureinthispartofISO15500aretobeconsideredgaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.NOTE3ThispartofISO15500isbaseduponaservicepressurefornaturalgasasafuelof20MPa[200bar]settledat15℃.Otherservicepressurescanbeaccommodatedbyadjustingthepressurebytheappropriatefactor(ratio).Forexample,a25MPa(250bar)servicepressuresystemwillrequirepressurestobemultipliedby1,25.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1MPa=1N/mm
