【摘要】:1OverallnumberingschemeThisInternationalStandardestablishesacommonframeworkdatastructureforunambiguousidentificationinRTTT/ITSsystems.Itexcludesanyphysicalaspectssuchasinterfaces.Itisneitherfrequency-norairinterfaceprotocol-specific.Dataelementsthatformpartoftransmissionorstorageprotocolssuchasheaders,framemarkersandchecksumsarethusexcluded.Thespecificationsforprotectingagainstchanges,classifyingandqualifyingsecurityaspectsofthedatastructureelementsarenotincludedwithinthisInternationalStandard.TheprinciplesofdataelementstructureanddescriptiondeterminedinISO/IEC8824,ISO/IEC8825-1andISO/IEC8825-2havebeenadoptedtoprovideaninteroperablearchitecturewithinastandardframeworkaccordingtoguidelinesfromISO/TC204andCEN/TC278.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesdatastructuresbasedontheISO/IEC8824-1ASN.1UNIVERSALCLASStypesthatmaybedirectlyIMPORTEDtootherapplicationstandardsthatwouldneedonlysubsetsofthefullAPPLICATIONCLASStypes.TheseUNIVERSALCLASSandAPPLICATIONCLASStypesareuniquelydefinedasanASN.1moduleinAnnexB.Thismodulemaybedirectlylinkedintoanapplicationdatadefinition.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesdefaultencodingforsimpleAVI/AEIapplicationswherenootherrelevantapplicationstandardexists.ThisdefinitionformsClause4.2AVI/AEInumberingschemeTheprincipalregisteredschemesforAVI/AEIaredeterminedin4.7and4.8ofthisInternationalStandard.Otherrelevantandinteroperableschemesaredetailedinsubsequentclausesandsubclauses.ThestructuresdefinedinthisInternationalStandardprovideinteroperability,notonlybetweensimpleAVI/AEIandmorecomplexRTTT/ITSfunctions,butalsowithpre-existingInternationalStandards(e.g.ISO10374).ThereisoneCentralRegistrationAuthoritythatadministerstheAVInumberingschemeaccordingtotherulesofCENandISO(seeAnnexA).Thechoicesavailabletotheissuertooperateitsstructureinclude,amongstothers:—simpleidentification,inwhichcasetheseparateidentitiesmaybeopenlyavailable,atthediscretionoftheissuerornationstate;—analiasbasis,inwhichcasethe"identities"areknown,butsecuredunderprovisionsofdataprotectiontomaintainprivacyandthereforenotavailable;and—dynamicallyencryptedidentitiesinananonymoussystem.
