【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofepoxidewovenE-glasslaminatedsheet0,05mmupto3,2mm,ofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-clad.Theflammabilityratingisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantscontainedasanintegralpartofthepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe120℃minimum.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredmustbespecifiedonthepurchaseorderotherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialwillbesupplied.
