【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesthecharacteristicsofvalvesmadefrompolyethylene(PE)forpipingsystemsinthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.NOTE1ValvesmadefromothermaterialthanpolyethylenedesignedforthesupplyofgaseousfuelsconformingtotherelevantstandardsarepermittedtobeusedinPEpipingsystemaccordingtoEN1555providedtheyhaverelevantPEconnectionforbuttfusionorelectrofusionends(seeEN1555-3).Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwithParts1,2,3and5ofEN1555,itisapplicabletoPEvalves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPEandothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar;b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casreferencetemperature;NOTE2Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused,seeEN1555-5.c)anoperatingtemperaturebetween-20°Cand+40°C.EN1555(allparts)coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE3Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Itisapplicabletobi-directionalvalveswithspigotendorelectrofusionsocketintendedtobefusedwithPEpipesconformingtoEN1555-2withoutanyfittingsorwithPEfittingsconformingtoEN1555-3.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversvalvesforpipeswithanominaloutsidediameterdn≤315mm.
